Minimum
2-3 years of proven experience
in front desk / guest relations role in hospitality.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably a regional language.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) preferred.
Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
