Job Description

1. Guest Relations



Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and professional assistance during check-in and check-out. Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and courteously. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiences.

2. Front Desk Operations



Monitor and maintain front desk records, reports, and systems. Ensure all front desk procedures comply with company policies and service standards. Manage and oversee night audit and shift closing activities...

7. Reporting and Analysis



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,344.71 - ₹30,784.70 per month
