JHS Media is looking for an experienced and professional
Front Desk Manager
to manage the front office operations and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and prior experience in managing a front desk in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all front desk activities, including greeting visitors and clients.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative support for front office.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
Supervise and guide junior front desk staff if applicable.
Handle complaints, queries, and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Professional demeanor and ability to manage confidential information.
Experience in the media or marketing industry is a plus.
