KBG Group is looking for a pleasant and professional Front Desk Executive to manage our front office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
Manage visitor logs and maintain front desk security.
Handle general administrative duties.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Provide information and assistance to clients and staff.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable appearance and pleasant attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
Previous front desk or receptionist experience is a plus.
