Front Desk Manager - Education Sector

We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to be the first point of contact for our institution. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and experienced in managing front office operations within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with professionalism

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently

Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination

Maintain student records and support admission-related activities

Coordinate with different departments for effective communication

Oversee office supplies and ensure a welcoming environment

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

3-5 years of prior experience in the education / EdTech industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
