Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, monitor, and motivate front desk agents, ensuring high performance and professional conduct.

Guest Services:

Act as the first point of contact, handling bookings, check-ins/outs, guest requests, and resolving complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily front desk activities, maintain cleanliness, ensure adequate supplies, oversee safety, and ensure smooth communication with other departments.

Administrative Duties:

Manage budgets, handle records, monitor transactions, and implement customer service policies.
