Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient appointments, rescheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
Maintain and update patient records accurately in Excel or clinic software.
Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and staff for smooth clinic operations.
Handle billing, receipts, and daily cash reports.
Prepare basic letters, forms, and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Manage the clinic's
social media pages
(posting updates, offers, and responding to messages).
Assist in general administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in English
(spoken and written).
Smart, confident, and well-presented
personality suitable for a dental clinic.
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
.
Familiarity with
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Prior experience in a
dental clinic, medical clinic, or hospitality industry
is preferred.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Salary:
15000 to 20000

11AM to 7 PM
