Job Description

We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused front desk receptionist who will act as first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in/check-out experience.

Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly. Maintain guest records and process reservations efficiently. Handle payments, billing, and cash/credit transactions accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service. Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements. professionally resolve guest complaints and issues. Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk area at all times.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Graduate Experience of minimum 2 years as receptionist. Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management software). Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in hospitality.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,368.72 per month
