Job Description

A hotel Front Office Receptionist's job is to be the first point of contact, managing guest check-ins/outs, handling reservations, answering calls, solving problems, processing payments, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and keeping the front desk organized. Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Greet guests warmly, provide information, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints. Check-in/Check-out:Manage guest arrivals and departures, assign rooms, and process payments (cash, credit cards). Reservations:Take, modify, and confirm bookings via phone, email, or in person. Communication:Answer, forward, and take messages from incoming calls. Coordination:Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests. Administration:Maintain clean reception areas, update guest records, and handle clerical tasks. Information:Offer local area knowledge, hotel amenities, and service details.
Essential Skills:

Strong verbal & written communication. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills. Organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. Problem-solving and conflict resolution. Professional appearance and attitude. Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
Qualifications:

High school diploma usually required; hospitality background preferred. Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Fluency in English and other languages is beneficial. any 12th above qualification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,227.23 - ₹20,666.52 per month
