Role Objective:
To ensure a welcoming, professional, and organized front desk environment, manage guest flow, and support smooth center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome all guests, clients, and visitors as the first point of contact.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Guide clients to waiting areas, therapy rooms, or consultation spaces as required.
Maintain the front desk area to ensure cleanliness, aesthetics, and readiness at all times.
Attend incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding HuHaHo services.
Manage visitor/appointment records, registrations, and daily footfall logs.
Coordinate with therapists, counsellors, and operations staff to ensure smooth appointment flow.
Support administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and file maintenance.
Handle basic billing, receipts, and follow-up messaging when needed.
Assist in creating a warm and supportive environment aligned with HuHaHo's wellness philosophy.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality, confident and patient in guest handling.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Call handling apps).
Strong sense of organization and professionalism.
