We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and professional
Front Desk and Hospitality Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital in representing our brand and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, guest registration, and reservations.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with efficiency and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records and perform basic administrative duties.
Assist in planning and coordinating hospitality services and events when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable appearance and a professional attitude.
Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (e.g., PMS systems).
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
