The Front Desk Executive is responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing patient registration, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-office operations with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain patient records and update details in the hospital management system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient flow.
Collect payments and issue receipts as per hospital procedure.
Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Hospital Management / Administration).
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of MS Office and Hospital Management Software.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of hospital procedures and patient care.
Ability to handle pressure and manage patient flow efficiently.
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per hospital policy.
Remuneration:
As per hospital norms and experience.
