Handle incoming service calls and log them accurately in the system.
Coordinate with field engineers for timely resolution of service requests.
Maintain call records and ensure proper documentation of each service request.
Follow up with customers and engineers to track service progress and closure.
Communicate effectively with clients in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and English.
Prepare daily reports on calls received, logged, and closed.
Assist in basic administrative or support tasks related to the service desk.
