Greet and welcome clients/visitors with a professional and pleasant attitude.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-office communication with excellent fluency.
Manage appointment scheduling, meetings, and visitor logs.
Coordinate with internal departments and provide seamless front-office support.
Maintain a well-organized reception area and office documents.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, follow-ups, and coordination.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information confidently.
Manage courier/parcel handling and ensure timely deliveries.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (verbal & written).
Highly presentable and confident personality.
Strong customer-handling experience.
Good command over MS Office, email writing, and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and professionally.
Qualification:
Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in Reception / Front Desk / Admin / Customer Service is mandatory.
