The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and tenants. This role involves managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, maintaining visitor records, coordinating with building management, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries.
Manage visitor logbooks or digital check-in systems.
Issue visitor passes and coordinate with security for entry/exit.
Handle mail, courier deliveries, and internal correspondence.
Provide information and directions to tenants or visitors.
Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and facility teams when required.
Assist the management office with administrative and clerical tasks.
Handle emergency calls or situations calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

9:300 AM - 6:30 PM

Building/Property Manager or Facility Head

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
