Job Description

Front Desk & Client Handling

Greet walk-in clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner

Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel

Maintain visitor entry records and appointment schedules

Inquiry & Call Management

Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries related to projects

Provide basic information about projects, pricing, location, and amenitie

Sales Support

Coordinate site visit schedules with sales executives

Maintain daily inquiry reports, site visit records, and lead data

Administrative Support

Maintain front office cleanliness and discipline

Handle courier, mail, and document management

Assist with data entry, filing, and record maintenance

Coordination & Reporting

Ensure proper communication flow between departments

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pleasant personality with customer-oriented approach

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Professional appearance and etiquette

Educational Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Diploma or certification in customer service is an added advantage

Experience:



1-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service

Experience in real estate or sales-driven environments preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
