Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
Manage appointment bookings and visitor logs.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Coordinate with housekeeping, courier services, and vendors as required.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks (data entry, filing, etc.).
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor badges).
Support HR/Admin in organizing internal meetings and handling basic office tasks.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum
12th pass
