Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic member coordinator who can manage the front desk at our gym.

We have 4 branches in Bengaluru, Quadz Fitness is a brand, we have completed 10 years in the fitness industry and moving into a next decade with lots of fitness updates.

Our Vision is to fine-tune the health and fitness needs of people to bring about an improvement in all the fitness elements ensuring overall well being.

Member Coordinator Role:

Greeting and Welcoming:

Providing a friendly and professional welcome to all members and visitors.

Answering Inquiries:

Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person questions about gym services, memberships, and classes.

Managing Check-ins:

Checking in members and guests, verifying memberships, and potentially monitoring access control.

Addressing Concerns:

Resolving member complaints and issues, escalating to management when necessary.

Promoting Services:

Informing members and guests about gym programs, classes, and special offers.

Scheduling Appointments:

Booking personal training sessions, classes, and other appointments using the gym's system.

Handling Membership Transactions:

Processing new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping accurate records of member information, attendance, and transactions.

Managing Payments:

Handling cash, card, and online transactions.

Maintaining the Reception Area:

Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Assisting with Membership Sales:

Providing information to potential members, giving tours, and potentially assisting with sales.

Monitoring Inventory:

Ensuring the reception area has adequate supplies and materials.

Supporting Gym Staff:

Assisting with various administrative tasks and helping to maintain a smooth operation.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Customer Service Orientation:

A friendly, helpful, and patient attitude is essential.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Basic Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using computers, handling payments, and potentially using gym management software.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
