will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating member onboarding, assisting with tours and supporting smooth day-to-day functioning of the coworking space.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage calls, emails, and inquiries; maintain visitor logs and mail/courier records.
Schedule and conduct workspace tours, share details of plans and amenities, and maintain lead follow-ups.
Support member check-ins, check-outs, and meeting room bookings.
Ensure reception and floor areas are organized and presentable at all times.
Update basic reports and maintain records in CRM or Google Sheets.
Support Google Business Profile and local social media updates when needed.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or community roles (coworking/hospitality preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools (phone, email, WhatsApp).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
Organized, friendly, and reliable with attention to detail.
