Greet and assist clients, visitors, and walk-ins with professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the right department.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Provide information about projects, properties, and services to prospective clients.
Support the sales and operations team with documentation, filing, and client coordination.
Handle courier, correspondence, and front-office administration tasks.
Ensure reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and client-friendly.
Assist in organizing client meetings, site visits, and events.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: business administration, hospitality, or similar).
1-3 years of experience in front office/customer service (real estate/hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
Pleasant personality, customer-focused attitude, and ability to multitask.
