The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role represents the first point of contact for clients and visitors and reflects the organization's image.
Key responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
Handle courier, mail, and document dispatch and receipt
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Handle customer queries and direct them to the concerned department
Ensure office supplies at the front desk are adequately stocked

10:00 AM - 07:30 PM
