Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Answer and route telephone calls, take messages, and handle basic inquiries.
Manage incoming/outgoing courier services and maintain related records.
Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
Administration & Office Support
Maintain office supplies inventory (stationery, pantry items, etc.) and place orders as needed.
Assist in managing meeting room bookings and make arrangements (tea/coffee, setup).
Support in documentation, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Coordinate with facility management, housekeeping, and vendors for office maintenance.
Basic Logistics & Coordination
Assist in tracking and coordinating small office logistics (asset movement, event support).
Support in organizing company events, meetings, or employee activities.
Handle basic data entry and update administrative records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate with relevant experience (min 2 years).
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Pleasing personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
