About the Role:
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive cum Admin who will be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should be presentable, organized, and have excellent communication skills. You will manage the front desk operations and support the admin department in daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Handle visitor records and maintain a clean reception area.
Coordinate with internal departments for courier, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when required.
Support HR/Admin with documentation, ID cards, and onboarding arrangements for new employees.
Handle vendor coordination and petty cash management when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with good organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
