Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for all clients, addressing their issues and inquiries effectively.
Establish and execute front desk standards and workflows.
Resolve guest concerns and respond to questions, delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception and front desk area.
Oversee team members and all reception operations, including reservations, scheduling, calls, and email correspondence.
Carry out administrative tasks like filing documents and updating records as required.
Manage walk-in and phone inquiries, documenting visitor details accurately.
Supervise the reception team, monitor housekeeping personnel, and oversee office support staff.
Welcome clients visiting the premises and ensure meticulous maintenance of the visitor log.
