Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and manage the front office register.
Coordinate with internal departments as required.
Manage courier handling (incoming and outgoing).
Schedule and manage meeting rooms.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
