About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to serve as the face of our upcoming Loyalty Program at DLF Mall of India, Noida. This role requires direct interaction with mall visitors and brand staff, guiding customers on how to participate in the loyalty program through a WhatsApp-based portal and assisting the marketing and operations teams in driving successful shopping campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary representative of the DLF Loyalty Program at the mall.

Educate and assist customers in uploading their shopping bills on the DLF WhatsApp Beta Portal.

Guide customers on how to earn and redeem points based on their shopping bills.

Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving basic queries related to the program.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and campaigns.

Provide on-ground support during mall events or brand-specific activations.

Serve as a liaison between mall management, brand representatives, and customers.

Maintain a professional and engaging presence at all times while representing the program.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with people.

Customer service-oriented with a proactive and approachable attitude.

Ability to understand and explain tech-enabled platforms (WhatsApp-based portal).

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional roles will be an added advantage.

A team player who can coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
