We are seeking a professional and well-organized individual to manage our front desk operations as a
Receptionist / Front Desk Associate / Front Office Executive
. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling calls, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle incoming/outgoing courier, posts, and emails.
Keep the reception area neat and presentable.
Support the HR/Admin team in clerical and filing tasks.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Polite, Presentable & Professional attitude.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration.)
0-3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or office administration.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
