Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and helpful attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
Coordinate with internal departments for meeting room bookings and appointments
Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars
Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, and documentation
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalate when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation and professional appearance
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
