Guests and Visitor Coordination
Coordinating with HR for Interview Candidates/ Training programs etc.
Coordinating with Vendor for timely supplies of office consumables
Boardroom & Conference Room Bookings, seating arrangements
Preparing MIS related to Facilities Expenses
Managing consumable stock i.e. pantry items, stationary & housekeeping
Coordinating with Housekeeping Staff for cleaning & hygiene
Travel, Visa and Forex
Vendor Invoices (PR, PO & GRN - preparation & submissions)
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate
Should have good command over English
Working Knowledge of MS Office
Minimum 2+ years of experience
Note:
Preference would be given to candidate staying in Noida or nearby.
Shift timing would be 9.00 AM till 6.00 PM
Metro Shuttle will be provided from Metro Station to Office and back.
