. The role involves guiding patients on ECHS facilities, verifying documents, and coordinating OPD and IPD visits as per hospital and ECHS guidelines.
Attend and guide patients at the front desk in a polite and professional manner.
Provide counselling to ECHS beneficiaries regarding available hospital facilities and services.
Explain ECHS procedures, empanelled services, and eligibility clearly to patients and attendants.
Verify and check ECHS documents for OPD and IPD visits (referral letters, dependent cards, approvals, etc.).
Coordinate OPD registrations and IPD admissions for ECHS patients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as per NABH and ECHS norms.
Coordinate with billing, nursing, and clinical departments for smooth patient flow.
Handle patient queries and resolve issues promptly.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare / Hospital Administration preferred).
Prior experience in a hospital front desk or ECHS desk is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (HIS, MS Office).
Patient-friendly attitude with strong coordination skills.
