Front Desk Executive
who will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients and visitors.
Overview:
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Front Desk Executive will ensure smooth front-office working and deliver exceptional customer service. You will interact & guide visitors, manage appointments, assist with patient inquiries, and support the medical team in various administrative tasks. High level of professionalism and ability to multi-task will be needed to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Assist Patients:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all patients and visitors.
Manage Appointments:
Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with doctors andpatients to ensure an efficient flow.
Check-In and Check-Out Processes:
Handle patient registration, manage check-in/check-out,and ensure that all necessary documentation and payments are processed.
Front Desk Operations:
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects aprofessional image of the hospital.
Billing and Payment Collection:
Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment collection.
Support to Medical Team:
Assist in the operation theatre and other departments during surgeryhours or as required.
Communication:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriatedepartment or providing the necessary information.
Collect Feedback:
Proactively request patients and assist them in filling the feedback form fortheir visit.
Administrative Tasks:
Help with data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records whileupholding strict confidentiality and data security.
Conflict Resolution:
Address challenging situations or conflicts with patience andprofessionalism, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or reception management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Proficient in appointment scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
