Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Coordinate with the IT and admin teams for day-to-day support
Maintain records, attendance, and visitor logs
Provide basic IT troubleshooting and support to internal staff
Schedule meetings, manage office correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (IT background preferred)
0-1 year of experience in front desk or administrative roles
Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and email handling
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
