Genius Attestation Services is looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage front-desk operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, confident, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries efficiently Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor records Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations Handle mail, courier, and document dispatch Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is an advantage) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor Prior experience in a front office or administrative role preferred

Benefits:

Fixed salary of ?15,000 per month Supportive and professional work environment
