Job Summary
We are seeking a courteous, organized, and responsible Front Desk Executive who will also oversee basic housekeeping coordination. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while ensuring the office environment remains clean, presentable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, administrative discipline, and the ability to coordinate housekeeping activities efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
The employee will be responsible for daily cleaning of the office, including floors, workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception/front desk area, pantry, staircases, and common spaces. The role includes dusting furniture, cleaning glass partitions, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring overall office hygiene is maintained at all times.
The employee must ensure the front desk area remains clean, neat, and presentable during working hours. This includes arranging chairs, wiping the reception desk, and maintaining cleanliness around the visitor seating area. The employee is not responsible for visitor handling, phone calls, or front desk administration.
Pantry cleaning, including washing utensils, cleaning sinks, refilling drinking water (if applicable), and maintaining pantry hygiene, will also be part of the responsibility.
The employee must report any cleaning material shortage, maintenance issues, or hygiene concerns to the HR or Administration department promptly. Following safety and hygiene standards and using cleaning materials responsibly is mandatory.
