Managing mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing it.
Maintaining records and files.
Assisting with basic data entry tasks.
Coordinating deliveries and packages.
Preparing reports and maintaining records.
Drafting correspondence and preparing presentations.
Other Duties:
Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
