Responsibilities:
Attend calls and handle walk-in enquiries
Connect potential clients with the sales team for demos
Maintain enquiry logs and follow-ups
Assist with front desk and admin activities
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / email)
Prior experience in front desk / admin / telecalling preferred
