Answering phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring clear and effective communication between patients, staff, and other departments.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining patient records, managing files, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Administrative Tasks:
Performing various administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, mail handling, and ordering supplies.
Billing and Payments:
Assisting with billing processes, collecting payments, and handling related documentation.
Maintaining the Reception Area:
Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
