Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
Maintain reservation systems and update booking details.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless service.
Manage phone calls, emails, and guest correspondence.
Ensure front desk area is presentable and organized.
Prepare daily reports and maintain guest records.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Front Office Executive in a hotel/restaurant setup.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic hotel management software (knowledge of PMS preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
