: Front Desk Executive & SecretaryPosition Overview



We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and professional Front Desk Executive & Secretary to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role combines front office management with administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth daily operations, effective communication, and executive assistance.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management



Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments. Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and manage visitor logs. Handle courier services, postal deliveries, and office supplies inventory.

Secretarial & Administrative Support



Provide administrative assistance to senior management and team members. Draft, proofread, and manage business correspondence, reports, and documents. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Maintain confidential files, records, and documents in an organized manner. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action points. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other executive documents.

Office Coordination



Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Support HR and Admin teams in onboarding and administrative tasks. Manage petty cash, office maintenance, and vendor communications. Handle ad-hoc administrative and executive requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration/Management or related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, Secretary, or similar role. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills



Experience in corporate or administrative support roles. Knowledge of scheduling tools, CRM, or visitor management systems. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,669.70 - ₹23,827.23 per month
