Job Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in clients and provide information about gym services and membership plans Handle membership sales, renewals, and upgrades Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Maintain member records, follow-ups, and sales data Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations Handle payments, billing, and basic administrative work Ensure front desk cleanliness and a welcoming environment

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in front desk sales or gym/fitness industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred) Presentable personality and professional attitude

6 Days Working (Shift-based)
