Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence; route them to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate visitor management, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing passes.
Schedule and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings.
Support HR/Admin teams in arranging interviews, coordinating with candidates, and handling basic onboarding formalities when required.
Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors for basic queries regarding company information or directions.
Requirements and Skills :
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
