Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Handle visitor inquiries, direct them to the concerned departments, and maintain visitor records.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with office staff for administrative support.
Tele calling:
Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, reminders, or promotional purposes.
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Update and maintain customer/lead databases.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, or product/service demonstrations.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Higher Secondary (preferred in any discipline).
Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure.
Prior experience in front desk or tele calling will be an added advantage.
