Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist with office management tasks including stationery, courier management, and vendor coordination.
Support HR/Admin teams with documentation and general coordination tasks.
Manage visitor logs, ID cards, access control, and security protocols.
Ensure seamless communication and provide support across departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with perfect English proficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional personality.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure with grace and efficiency.
