Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and channel partners in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and redirect them to the concerned department
Maintain visitor entry register and ensure proper access control
Handle inquiries from walk-in customers and provide basic project information
Schedule meetings and appointments
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails, couriers, and documents
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area
Support the sales, CRM, and admin teams with basic coordination work
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
Assist in office coordination and administrative tasks when required
Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the HR & Administration Department from time to time
Skills & Requirements
Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (Real Estate preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred)
Presentable personality with a pleasant and professional attitude
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good organizational and customer handling skills
