The basic job description of 'Receptionist' is offering exceptional customer service to visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Duties and Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Arranging the courier - As per reporting person instructions
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
? Duties regarding Accounts Departments:
Checking the Purchase bills, Petty Cash bills & Data entry of the same in Tally
Making Debit Note as per requirement and entry in Tally
Follow Up with Supplier for Bill, Debit Note, Credit Notes, PO etc.
Follow up for PO approval with Purchase Department
Follow Up with stores department regarding GRN and Related queries

Any other tasks as given by top management.
Competence Profile
Education
Graduation
Experience
Knowledge of 'Tally' is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of Tally will be added advantage
