Job Description

The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff at Hegemony Global School. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the school's professional image.

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; provide accurate information or direct them to the concerned department. Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed. Support admissions team by assisting with queries, sharing forms, and scheduling appointments. Handle correspondence, courier, and document management at the front desk. Assist in scheduling meetings, parent interactions, and school events coordination Address and resolve parent/student concerns courteously or escalate to the appropriate authority.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree (preferred in Administration, Hospitality, or related field). Prior experience as a front desk executive/receptionist, preferably in an educational institution. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; knowledge of local language preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
