Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and proactive Front Desk Executive to manage the reception and front office activities at our Chembur Corporate Office. The candidate will also be responsible for attendance & time management reporting, and supervising day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
Handle incoming calls, couriers, and correspondence.
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
Attendance & Reporting
Monitor attendance and time-machine records.
Prepare and share attendance reports with the Payroll/HR team on time.
Office Administration
Manage pantry stock, ordering of office & pantry supplies.
Raise purchase orders as required and ensure timely approvals.
Supervise office boys and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and service requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidate with pleasing personality and good communication skills.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front office/reception/admin roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Graduate in any stream preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
