Maintain a professional and friendly environment at the reception area.
Guide visitors to the correct department or person.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
2. Phone & Communication Handling
Answer incoming calls promptly and transfer them to the concerned person.
Take messages and share them accurately.
Respond to emails or forward them to the right department.
Maintain proper communication between staff and management.
3. Administrative Support
Handling daily office inquiries.
Maintaining records, files, and documents.
Assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Receiving and distributing courier, parcels, and documents.
Helping with basic data entry or paperwork when required.
4. Office Coordination
Coordinating with housekeeping, pantry, and support staff for smooth office operations.
Ensuring the reception desk is always clean and presentable.
Maintaining office stationery and supplies.
Assisting HR/Admin in small tasks like interview coordination or employee onboarding.
5. Professional Etiquette
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Speak politely and clearly with visitors and staff.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Follow company rules and maintain discipline.
Required Skills
Good communication in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Previous experience as a receptionist/front desk (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to work under pressure & handle multitask.
Salary
Based on experience and company standards.
