We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented
Front Desk Executive
to manage reception and client interactions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth front-office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
Manage phone calls, appointments, and scheduling
Maintain client records and update databases
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about services
Coordinate with internal teams (doctors, therapists, managers) for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area
Assist with billing and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk staff preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling software)
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-service focused
