Welcome and greet walk-in clients, visitors, and channel partners in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the concerned department
Maintain visitor register and ensure proper coordination with internal teams
Provide basic information about real estate projects, locations, and amenities
Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Site teams for client meetings and visits
Manage appointment scheduling for site visits and meetings
Maintain front desk documents, brochures, and marketing material
Assist in lead entry, basic data updating, and reporting (Excel / CRM if applicable)
Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of reception area
Support administrative tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Presentable personality with client-handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
